Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Suzy Q purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Graphic tees: Unworn, unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

Reworked & one-of-a-kind pieces: Because these pieces are individually created from reclaimed and vintage materials, natural variations, fading, fraying and other signs of their previous life are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect order? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Final-sale items and custom/personalized items are not eligible for return.
